Making tonight, not very convinced.

Used half paprika (ran out), tried to sub with a little cajun spice mix but very spicy so skipped chilli flakes

Made tonight. Accidentally had roasted capsicum strips instead of sundried tomatoes. Didn’t really taste the capsicum but I think I missed the sundried tomato. The parmesan is important in the flavour, the cream important in the texture. Used dollop cream (no double available) and forgot spinach. The spices are delicious. The steps need some reworking, the butter probably isn’t that important, needs vegetables, probably doesn’t need stock. Tastes good but not the best of the 3 times I’ve made it.

Used thickened cream by accident, same same. Added chicken stock, still reckon I could’ve skipped. Used spinach, still not really a vegetable. Wine and butter in pan delicious.
